Eggs, Avocados and Coconut Oil

One of the primary hurdles I have with new clients that start training at BurnFit Studio is how they psychologically interpret food! When I ask them why they have an aversion to eating, most of them say they are afraid of getting fat! A high majority of my clients are overweight because they hardly eat anything throughout their day. Barely eating turns the metabolism to off mode! Once I’m able to change their thought process and get my clients understanding that they have to fuel their bodies with the right type of food, their body turns the furnace back on, and it starts burning up the fat rapidly. Below I will teach you about the importance of eating these healthy fats; Eggs, Avocados and Coconut Oil.

One of the greatest secrets in creating lean belly fast is you MUST Eat Lots of FAT. You have to eat certain fats; not just any fat will do!

Some fats are no good at all and do just the opposite in leaning you out, while others are incredible health-boosting, and fat-burning Super Hero’s. Here are some of my favorite Fat’s that I eat every day!

  1. Coconut oil – Coconut oil is one of the most abundant sources and most beneficial fat known to humanity. It is a medium chain triglyceride (MCTs).  MCTs have been proven to increase brain function dramatically, lower cholesterol, improve youthful looking skin and hair health, and best of all:  burn lots of fat!
  2. Avocados – Avocados are extremely rich in monounsaturated fats as well as a high amount of vitamins to boost your C, K, and E to mention just a few. They also are loaded with high fiber, 5 grams in a small half cup!  Between ingesting fiber and healthy fat content, you’ll be satisfied throughout the day staying full for hours after appreciating a delicious avocado.  Makes for an excellent snack, side dish with other meals, in addition to salads, and of course, there’s always that yummy bowl of guacamole!
  3. Eggs – Eggs are a fantastic source of fat as well as a very high-quality protein, whatever you do, don’t skip out on the yolk! For years eggs have been getting a bad rap because of cholesterol. People stopped eating eggs because they thought it was terrible for their cholesterol, in fact, the entire egg is a superfood! The yolk is by far the most nutritious part of the egg and provides over 11 vitamins and minerals including nearly 100% of the daily RDI of energy-boosting B12 from just three eggs daily. Eggs are an exceptional breakfast item and can be eaten at any time of day!

Combine all three in an omelet for breakfast, and you’ll be well on your way to feeling full and burning fat for the rest of the day!
