Small Group Training at BurnFit Studio is our specialty. Our small groups consist of only four women per session. We keep our class small so that you get the individual attention of personal training you need along with the comfort and competition when exercising alongside others. We are meticulous in grouping you with 3 other partners that are there to help bring out the best strengths in each other. Exercising as part of our Small Group Training at BurnFit Studio creates more team energy throughout the class, which has a profound effect on your individual training. This type of training allows us to be a unique fitness studio.

Your First Session Includes a Complimentary Fitness Assessment and Workout

The first session gives us valuable information on your strengths and weaknesses. We will be assessing your strength, stamina, agility, flexibility, core strength, balance, and postural indifferences. This assessment will open the door to giving us your athletic blueprint to achieving your fitness goals and getting you the results you always wanted as well as deserve.

We are also experts in the field of nutrition and will help you to structure a customized diet just for you.
